Memorial Instructions

During any period that you are legally incapacitated, or in the event of your death, your loved ones are often not able to think clearly. Sometimes critical decisions must be made within minutes or hours of your death. Memorial Instructions allow you to provide important information to your family and loved ones that could help at this critical time. You may also want to include your burial or cremation wishes and a description of the kind of memorial service you would like, express your feelings about the general amounts that should be spent for these remembrances, or you may have made pre-arrangements that should be described.
